Walk Everywhere

Have you ever wondered why Asians are generally skinnier? It’s because they WALK EVERYWHERE! As simple as it sounds, walking will help you lose weight and be healthier. Don’t make a lack of walking ground be your excuse. Give your car a break and walk to the grocery store a couple blocks down the road. Take a little stroll through the neighborhood park. Facilitate the local high school track. You can even use a shopping excursion as an excuse for getting some exercise! Keep in mind that just walking won’t make you lose drastic amounts of weight. Walking is just a simple activity to HELP you burn fat and live a healthier lifestyle.
