Quick Fix - Sprint!
If you’ve been working out regularly and you’re healthy, here’s a way to burn fat like nothing. Sprinting. It’s actually more difficult than it sounds because it will tire you more quickly than just running the mill. Sprinting can also keep your metabolism elevated after you finish your workout, so you’ll be burning calories while you rest. Another positive point of sprinting is that you save time. Sprinting (according to the regimen below) a few times can equal to an hour of jogging.
Sprint as fast as you can, for as long as you can. Then take a break, slow down, and cool down for 4-5 minutes. Then when you’ve got your breath back, sprint again. Continually sprint in spurts. This is not recommended for those who have weak hearts, lungs, and/or other physical problems. If that is the case, you should be jogging or doing other cardiovascular exercises. Make sure you are physically fit before you try this exercise!
